Returns & Refund Policy

Overview

Each KISHORII piece is handcrafted with care and produced in limited quantities. Our return and refund process is designed to honour both the craftsmanship and your experience.

Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video of the order. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video whenever you receive an order from KISHORII.

Products must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact, unused and unwashed. Items without original tags will not be accepted.

Sale or discounted items are non-returnable, but may be exchanged for credit points.

Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video.
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Exchange items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
  • If exchanging for a higher value product, the price difference must be paid.
  • If exchanging for a lower value product, the balance will be issued as credit points.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once a cancellation request is received and approved, the refund process will be initiated.
  • Refunds can be processed either:
    → To the original payment method
    → Or as credit points to your KISHORII account

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and passes our quality check.
  • The amount will be credited within 7–15 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to an error on our part.

Important Note

  • KISHORII products are made from pure and natural fabrics. Variations such as slight shrinkage, colour bleeding (especially with natural dyes), and minor differences in dimensions are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles.
  • Actual product colour may vary slightly from images shown.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Noida (UP).
